I slutten av oktober 2019 var vi i Paris for den andre utgaven av Chocolate Conservatory i regi av Fine Chocolate Industry Association, to dager om smak, pris og etikk i fin sjokolade, sammen med bransjefolk, kakaobønder og forskere.
Etterpå ble vi noen dager ekstra for å se Salon du Chocolat i Paris, verdens største sjokolademesse. Turen hjem gikk med en koffert full av sjokolade.

2. november 2019: After the @chocoinstitute Chocolate Conservatory I extended my stay to also see the world’s largest chocolate trade show: Salon du Chocolat Paris!
A huge affair with tons of amazing chocolates and interesting people!
On my way home I brought a suitcase full of chocolate 😄😄
