Isolasjon i påsken 2020 ga god tid til sjokoladesmaking, og heldigvis hadde vi et stort lager fra Salon du Chocolat i Paris året før.
Den dagen gikk smaksreisen til Colombia, Hellas og Filippinene med sjokolader fra blant andre Auro, Kakau Worship og Chuculat.

Self-isolation during Easter means lots of time to taste chocolates! Luckily I have a big hoard from last year’s Salon du Chocolat in Paris, so I have a lot of interesting bars to try!
Today’s sampling was a variety of interesting bars from Colombia, Greece and the Phillipines… and they said we couldn’t «travel» during covid19! 😄✈️🍫
