Mens mye av sjokoladebransjen var på Chocoa i Amsterdam i februar 2020, smakte vi de siste platene vi kjøpte der året før. London Chocolate får fram særpreget til hver opprinnelse, med ristingen godt integrert i uvanlig intense smaker. Sterk 9 av 10 for alle platene.

With most of the chocolate industry enjoying themselves at @chocoa.nl this weekend I am enjoying myself with some chocolate tasting of the remaining bars I picked up in Amsterdam last year.
Finally the time has come for @london_choc and their finely crafted bars that really captures the essence of each origin in a very good way, with the roast coming nicely through the unusually intense flavours. A strong 9/10 for all the bars!
