I juni 2020 blindsmakte Svein-Magnus Sørensen rundt 150 sjokolader i den europeiske konkurransen i International Chocolate Awards, både mørk sjokolade, melkesjokolade og sjokolade med smakstilsetninger. Ikke alle var feilfrie, men det var også noen ekte diamanter blant dem.

Today is my last day of judging for the European competition of the International @chocawards!
I’ve been blind judging about 150 chocolate samples this year, covering both dark and milk chocolates, as well as chocolates with flavouring inclusions and infusions. It has been tough as not all entrants are flawless, to say the least, but there have been some true diamonds in there as well!
It will be interesting to see the results once all the numbers have been crunched 😄🍫🍫
