Belize

A small hot and humid country in the narrowest part of the Americas, Belize is a crossroads where cocoa have been a staple for thousands of years, and it might even be the cradle of cocoa for human consumption. This is the origin of some of the original cocoa gardens of the Maya indians, where they bred and selected for flavour quality for thousands of years, making the cocoa beans found in Belize some of the best in the world.
