Sjokoladekjenner Svein-Magnus Sørensen har en brennende lidenskap for kvalitetssjokolade og har siden 2010 tilbudt engasjerende smakskurs og sjokoladeopplevelser for å introdusere flere nordmenn til nytelses-produktet fin mørk sjokolade.

Med Sjokoladesmaking.no var han den første i Norge som satte fokus på sjokolade laget av etisk dyrkede aromatiske kakaobønner, og vi er fortsatt den eneste produsentuavhengige arrangøren av sjokoladekurs og tilbyder av rådgivning innenfor kvalitetssjokolade.

Picking a good advent calender is a big decision for us chocolate connoiseurs! 🤓🤭

This year we have been super happy 🤩 with our choice, as our December has been filled with amazing bean to bonbons from the advent calendar by Nittedal Sjokoladefabrikk!

How they manage to perfect the flavours and the consistency of every bite is super impressive 👏. And we absolutely love that even though this is mostly a bean to bonbon calendar they have included some plain origin chocolate pieces too 😋

Thank you @nittedal_sjokoladefabrikk for 20 tasteful December days so far 😍, we are dreading December 25th 🤭😆

Autumn⛈️🍂 came early to Oslo this year, so we decided to browse through our vintage chocolate colletion 🍫 where we stumbled across this charming diamond from @charmschoolchoc 🤩

Having aged in our private collection since 2015 the bar is still in perfect condition with an impressive depth and complexity of flavour 😋. The base notes of creamy chocolate and juicy plum from my prevous tasting of this bar in 2018 are still coming through nicely, but with a more mature tone instead of freshness of fruit, while a previous raisin flavour have all but disappeared by transforming into subtle and delicate tertiary notes of pepper, balsamiq and liqourice. 🤎😊
